ولعمل هذا القناع: أذييى الخميرة فى ماء دافىء حتى يصبح لديك ما يشبه العجينة، ثم أضيفى نصف ملعقة من العسل بعد خلط المقادير جيداً. ضعى الخليط جيداً على بشرتك مع تجنب وضعه فى منطقة العين، ثم استرخى لمدة خمس دقائق حتى يجف القناع, ثم اعصرى نصف ليمونة فى إناء عميق وبللى قطعاً من القطن وضعيها على وجهك, انتظرى دقيقتين أو ثلاثاً ثم اغسلى وجهك بماء فاتر ثم بماء بارد.
يكرر هذا القناع كل أسبوعين بعد تنظيف البشرة جيداً.
